There are so many to choose from, they are all so incredible. But ... my favourite one is hands down the Ruffle Butt Diaper Cover. It's an amazing pattern and looks so professional when its done.
I like the ruffle diaper cover paired with the open back jumper.

There are so many beautiful patterns and I want them all. My favorite "right now", is the open back dress with the ruffle panties, I have made a couple for my grandaughter and am making more for my grandaughters! The instruction are so easy to follow, complete with pictures, no way to mess up, and comes out just as cute as the pattern photo shows. I have never been so happy with a pattern. my favourite is the Summer Halter Dress, because when i'm sewing for kids, i'm usually sewing for charity, so we usually want a cute but not too dressy pattern, and if it uses wovens instead of knits, that's a bonus! (we get way more wovens donated by knits, but most of the volunteers like to make tshirts and stuff like that)
