I used one of my leftover pinwheel blocks and the techniques I learned from the YCMT sew-along to create a matching pillow for my quilt! After creating the pillow face 17" x 17" so it would be 1" larger on each side than the 16" x 16" pillow I was covering, I created the envelope-style back from my banana-print flannel - simply adding a 13" x 17" piece of flannel to the top of the pillow face and a 10" x 17" to the bottom.
